4. Surface damage, normal appearance wear and tear caused by dust, dirt, etc. Areas of the product excluding mechanical parts and accessories themselves.
5. Any unauthorized repairs conducted by individuals without the authorization of Gooxi repair center or authorized dealers.
6. This limited warranty does not cover consumables or products/accessories not produced by Gooxi, as well as compatibility issues between Gooxi products and other hardware and software products.
7. In any case where the customer is found to have misrepresented or provided false information regarding the returned product, Gooxi reserves the right to deny after-sales service.
