The following warranty applies to all Gooxi products purchased through Gooxi Company or authorized dealers or integrators, starting from September 1, 2007.
Gooxi solemnly guarantees that its manufactured and sold products have stable performance, reliable quality, and no issues in terms of materials and craftsmanship.
From the date of purchase, if any hardware or software malfunctions occur due to product quality issues, Gooxi provides a 3-month replacement service. For products to be returned or exchanged, customers need to state the reason for return/exchange and obtain confirmation from Gooxi. Otherwise, Gooxi reserves the right to refuse acceptance. Once the Gooxi after-sales department approves the request, the repair and replacement will be completed within 7 working days. The shipping costs incurred will be shared equally between both parties. If there are stock limitations and no replacement stock is available for the returned product, Gooxi must communicate and confirm with the customer within a minimum of 30 days for production and replacement.
From the date of purchase, Gooxi provides a 3-year free warranty. During the warranty period, the Gooxi after-sales service department will provide free repairs to users. The warranty period is based on the effective proof of purchase date indicated on the invoice. If the invoice cannot be provided, the starting date will be based on the Gooxi manufacturing date.
For products under warranty, Gooxi strives to achieve fast repairs. The normal repair time is less than 10 working days (excluding transportation time). The return shipping costs will be covered by Gooxi. If special transportation is required, please contact Gooxi's after-sales customer service.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

1. Beyond the warranty period.

2. Accidental damage occurring during transportation, including damage during return transportation (please contact the insurance company or the transportation company for compensation).

3. Any faults or damages caused by improper use, human damage, scratches, product deformation, electronic component damage, improper operation, improper testing, or external factors (including overheating, excessive humidity, power outage, power surge, earthquakes, lightning, fire, and other natural disasters) that are not related to the product's quality.

4. Surface damage, normal appearance wear and tear caused by dust, dirt, etc. Areas of the product excluding mechanical parts and accessories themselves.

5. Any unauthorized repairs conducted by individuals without the authorization of Gooxi repair center or authorized dealers.

6. This limited warranty does not cover consumables or products/accessories not produced by Gooxi, as well as compatibility issues between Gooxi products and other hardware and software products.

7. In any case where the customer is found to have misrepresented or provided false information regarding the returned product, Gooxi reserves the right to deny after-sales service.

Product defects: If customers find any defects within one month of receiving the product, Gooxi can prioritize sending replacement parts to the customer. The defective parts should be returned to Gooxi within 5 working days, and the logistics costs will be covered by Gooxi (express delivery costs need to be negotiated between both parties). The customer needs to provide the return logistics tracking number to the Gooxi after-sales staff.
Paid repairs: For quality issues caused by human factors, such as product deformation, scratches, electronic component damage, improper operation, etc., that occur beyond the warranty period or during the warranty period, Gooxi does not promise free repairs and will charge for the expenses incurred during the repair process, including labor costs, full transportation costs, and replacement part costs. The relevant fees will be verified with the customer by Gooxi.
Post-warranty service: After the expiration of the above limited warranty, Gooxi can provide additional services for up to 2 years after the expiration date, with separate fees. If Gooxi determines that the product is irreparable, the customer can choose to have the defective product repaired or replaced with a product of equivalent functionality. The related costs will be verified with the customer by Gooxi.
The above warranty applies to products sold by Gooxi Company and its authorized dealers. Any other forms of warranty should be based on this agreement. Gooxi Company reserves the right to interpret the warranty matters.
Please contact the Gooxi repair center for any special warranty or repair requests.
If a product with faults that are not covered by the warranty needs to be sent to the Gooxi repair center for repair, the shipper or shipping company will bear all transportation costs.
