On March 12, Gooxi and FunDet signed a strategic partnership agreement in Jinan, marking the start of a long-term collaboration in computing and network integration.

The two companies will work together on integrated computing-network infrastructure, industry-focused digital solutions, joint innovation, and market expansion. The partnership supports China’s “East Data, West Computing” initiative and aims to strengthen Shandong’s digital economy while contributing to broader computing network development nationwide.

Gooxi, a leading server solutions provider, brings nearly two decades of experience in R&D and manufacturing. With its “All-in-AI” strategy, Gooxi offers a full range of solutions, including AI, general, and storage servers, as well as private AI deployments, supported by a global service network.

FunDet specializes in deterministic networking and digital infrastructure. Backed by leading research institutions, it has built a province-wide deterministic backbone network in Shandong, enabling low-latency and highly reliable data transmission.

By combining their strengths, the two companies aim to improve how computing resources are deployed and connected across regions. The collaboration will focus on building an efficient, scalable computing service system that integrates cloud, edge, and network capabilities—better supporting AI-driven applications and digital transformation.

This partnership also reflects Gooxi’s continued investment in regional markets. Working with FunDet, Gooxi will further expand its presence in Shandong and deliver high-performance infrastructure to support the next phase of digital growth.
