On August 1, 2025, Shenzhen Gooxi Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (Gooxi) and Cpucloud Inc. held a strategic signing ceremony at Gooxi’s Shenzhen headquarters, unveiling a “Strategic Partner” plaque. Centered on “AI Empowering Industrial Innovation,” the two companies formalized a partnership to jointly explore the deep integration and commercialization of AI technologies, opening a new chapter in the development of AI+industry ecosystems.

Gooxi is a leading server solution provider in China, with full in-house capabilities across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and services. Cpucloud Inc. brings strengths in AI management platforms, algorithms, and large model applications. The partnership will leverage complementary technologies and resources across three core areas.

Co-Developing AI Integrated Appliances

By combining Cpucloud’s AI platform with Gooxi’s hardware expertise, the two will create the “Gooxi AI Appliance”—an end-to-end solution integrating intelligent hardware and AI algorithms. It will serve scenarios such as smart governance, intelligent manufacturing, and smart healthcare, accelerating digital transformation.

Productized Deployment and Joint Market Expansion

Cpucloud’s AI platform will be embedded into Gooxi’s product lines via standardized, modular deployment. Both companies will collaborate on marketing, customer training, and technical support to scale adoption in domestic and international markets.

Scenario-Based Innovation with Large Models

Focusing on real-world applications in vertical industries, the partners will explore the use of large models in data analytics, decision-making, and process automation—driving innovation and business value.
